I was very happy with the appointment, glasses, and all of the followup. Dr. Paist was knowledgeable AND didn't talk down to me. All of the equipment was newer and clean (I had an experience at another Opt. where everything was greasy which was gross). The reception desk was polite and had a great sense of humor. Glasses were perfect and they even called back a week later to see if they were still working out great and if they needed adjustment. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely come back regularly.
Working in the medical field I see a lot of medical business setups. I have been here twice, purchased 3 types of glasses the first time and a year later during my annual had a pair of prescription sunglasses repaired. Very nice office, very thorough exam. Last year I purchased prescription Maui Jim sunglasses which suffered damage on the lens a few months back. Two small chips and a scratch across the entire left lens. 4 days after turning them in at the office and expecting to pay for the left replacement lens I received them back. Amazingly the entire frame and both lenses were replaced. Very happy with the timely service and of course receiving beautiful new glasses. Dr. Paist is not rushed, takes his time with each exam and explanation.
Who is this for, welp everyone……from children to adults.
